In the true spirit of TENG’s mission of “members assisting other members,” we are pleased to introduce our peer résumé and LinkedIn profile review committee. This initiative allows you to receive valuable feedback on how your résumé and LinkedIn profile are perceived by fellow Technology Executives who have volunteered to provide their expertise.

Please note that this review service is intended to complement, not replace, certified professional résumé writing services or the personalized guidance you might receive from an executive coach.

You must be a current TENG member to utilize this service.

Submission: Send a copy of your résumé and a link to your LinkedIn profile to the designated email address.

Initial Assessment: Your documents will be initially assessed by our review committee to ensure they are ready for a detailed review.

Detailed Review: Volunteer Technology Executives will review your résumé and LinkedIn profile, focusing on key areas such as:

For LinkedIn Profile:

• Profile Picture and Headline: First impressions and professional presentation.
• Summary Section: Clarity and effectiveness in conveying your professional story.
• Experience: Relevance and detail of your work history.
• Skills and Endorsements: Appropriateness and completeness.
• Recommendations: Quality and quantity of recommendations.
• Activity: Engagement with relevant content and professional interactions.

• Education and Certifications: Accuracy and relevance of educational background and professional certifications.

Follow-Up: You may be offered the opportunity to discuss the feedback with one of the reviewers in a follow-up session to clarify it or get additional advice.
